Roulette

Roulette, originating from the early 18th century France has borrowed its name from the French word meaning 'small wheel'. This all time casino favourite can be found in almost every casino across the globe to date. Popularly played in two traditional variants, American Roulette and European Roulette, it is remarkably simple to play and evokes excitement from the simple mysteries of luck, consequence and maybe some calculation if you'd rather depend on logic than luck.

Apart from these traditional versions, ClubHollywood also offers new additions Mini Roulette, Club Roulette and Roulette Pro that present players with additional options for a complete gaming experience.

The game begins when players start placing a bet on either of the following:

  • individual numbers
  • the colour of a number
  • whether the number is odd or even
  • or a section of numbers

This is followed by a ClubHollywood croupier or dealer spinning the wheel in one direction, then in quick succession rolls a ball in the opposite direction around a sloped circular surface which has numbered slots running around the border of the wheel. When the ball comes to rest in one of the slots, all bets are settled.
